The new Sdam registration service ensures a double vantage for the organizer: first of all the access to a professional and reliable instrument and secondly it gives the chance to encharge a third person of the registration data entry. A third aspect to take into consideration is the possibility of the athlete to register his/herself (or more athletes in the same session) directly at home with the chance of receiving an immediate confirmation e-mail of his/her (or their) enrollment or checking it directly on the same site..

The service in detail

Our system is based on an electronic on-line database, on which are recorded the biographical data of athletes and each payment. The whole data patrimony is subject to back-up process to prevent any deletion of techique nature.

The organizer can access the database through a password on the site www.championchip.it .

Once you have logged in, you can see the up-to-date starting list, check the data of each participants, and easily enter new athletes.

The forms data entry can be delegated to Sdam s.r.l., processed by the organizer or a third person in charge of it.

The payment situation can be analysed in detail as one can investigate who, how, how much, when he/she paid.

In case of group registration it is possible to trace back the individual’s name.

Eventually one can visualize and import in .xls format a lot of statistics.

The on-line registration form is customizable as to the content as well as to the layout. Its logos and colours can vary as well as the fields to fill in.

Sdam Call centre service, open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 18.00 a.m., represents an important reference for every athlete.
